Under normal market conditions, the fund adviser seeks to construct a portfolio that has a weighted average duration of +/- one year of the Bloomberg U.S. Corporate 1-5 Year Index. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in debt securities of any credit quality. It is non-diversified.
