Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in common stocks of non-U.S. companies located in developed countries that have above average dividend yields. It primarily invests in common stocks of large and mid-capitalization companies. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities, including common stock, ADRs and GDRs, of non-U.S. companies in developed countries that pay regular dividends.
