Dongbu Corporation operates as a construction contractor in South Korea. It provides engineering, procurement, and construction services for power and energy, environmental, petrochemical, and industrial plants; and undertakes construction of civil infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, tunnels, rail systems, and port facilities, as well as buildings, including medical, public, commercial, sports, and leisure facilities. The company also constructs condominium complexes and mixed-use developments; undertakes various real estate development projects, including resorts, mixed-use developments, industrial and commercial complexes, and office buildings; and provides property and facility management, and leasing/sales brokerage services. In addition, it provides engineering services comprising planning, feasibility studies, values engineering, conceptual and detailed design, construction supervision, project management, consultancy, and advisory services in the areas of civil infrastructure, transportation, rail systems, geotechnical, water resources, water supply, wastewater treatment, environmental and environmental plants, landscape architecture, and geographic information systems.
