Sunwah Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, provides various financial services in Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China, and internationally. It operates through Proprietary Investment, Property Investment, Brokerage and Financing, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Others segments. The Proprietary Investment segment invests in securities for treasury and liquidity management, as well as in structured deals, including listed and unlisted equities, debt securities, and investment funds. The Property Investment segment invests in properties for rental income and capital appreciation. The Brokerage and Financing segment offers securities, options, funds, futures, and commodities brokerage services; and margin and other financing, factoring, and other related services. The Corporate Finance and Capital Markets segment provides financial advisory services to corporate clients; and acts as an underwriting and placing agent in the equity capital market.
