About Italmobiliare S.p.A.

Italmobiliare S.p.A., an investment holding company, owns and manages a portfolio of equity and other investments in the financial and industrial sectors in Italy and internationally. The company produces and sells cooked and smoked cured meats, as well as cooked ham products. It also produces and distributes electricity through renewable sources. The company has 25 hydropower plants; and approximately 300 kilometers of transmission lines in Italy, as well as 2 wind plants with a total capacity of 18 MW in Bulgaria. It also manufactures and sells coffee in compatible capsules and pods; offers various cosmetic products, such as body care products and fragrances, age-old preparations, and liqueurs; and operates 12 outpatient clinics to provide a range of healthcare services, including diagnostic, dental, and physio kinesitherapy. In addition, the company manages and invests in private equity funds; offers financial assets, trading and cash, and related services; and manufactures and sells outdoor footwear and ski equipment under the Tecnica, Blizzard, Lowa, Moon Boot, Rollerblade, and Nordica brand names. Further, it designs, manufactures, and distributes mechanical and electronic locks and keys; cylinders; padlocks; and panic and emergency devices, door closers, motorized locks, handles, electronic credential readers, and intelligent access management and anti-intrusion security products.
