It operates through three segments: Construction Contracts, Trading Business, and Services Business. The Construction Contracts segment undertakes engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for various infrastructure-related construction, including hydropower, thermal power, and other engineering contracting projects, as well as transportation, telecommunication, water supply and treatment, building and construction, manufacturing and processing plant, and mining and resources exploitation projects. The Trading Business segment imports and exports various machinery, electrical, and instrumental products for domestic and overseas customers, such as mining equipment, ship parts, auto parts, medical instruments, household appliances, electric meters, manufacturing machinery, and construction materials. The Services Business segment provides export-import agency, design consulting, tendering agency, logistics, and other services. The company is also involved in the provision of trading and security investment, storage and property, property management and rental, construction and construction contracts tendering, transportation agency, construction research and design, and legal consultancy, as well as engineering design, contracting, and supervision services.
