The company is also involved in the manufacture of asphalt mixture, asphalt emulsion, and other materials related to pavement works; disposal of sales/industrial waste; sale of recycled products; and management of hotels, golf courses, and toll roads. In addition, it engages in the planning, research, design, construction, and supervision of oil, coal, gas, and chemical plants; planning, design, development, construction, and sale of joint supplying facilities of heat and electricity; soil pollution investigation and purification construction activities; planning, construction, possession, and operation of public facilities; and leasing of construction machinery and other vehicles. Further, the company is involved in real estate business, including housing-land development and sale, condominiums rental, and real-estate management businesses. The company was founded in 1907 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Nippo Corporation is a subsidiary of ENEOS Holdings, Inc.
