The Retail banking and Credit Card segment provides deposits, personal loans, bank cards, personal wealth management services, and remittance services to retail customers. The Financial Markets Business segment engages in the inter-bank money market transactions; repurchases transactions and investments; debt securities trading; and issuance of debts. It also offers financial leasing, foreign exchange, bill acceptance, discounting, and safe-box services; issues financial bonds; issues, trades in, settles, and underwrites government bonds; interbank placement; acts as an agent for inward and outward payments, and insurance agent; and loans based on local government fund.
