In addition, the company is involved in the investment and development business comprising assessment and participation in build-operate-transfer and other development projects; and digital entertainment, preventive medicine, tourism and leisure, culture creative, O2O virtual and physical e-commerce, and foreign park development activities. Further, it offers agency services for urban renewal projects conducted by the government or by private enterprises; coordinates the settlement of residents; and follow-ups advancement of construction and development, as well as acts as a shipping agent. Additionally, the company offers trading, general merchandise retail, human capital cultivation, duty free shops management, hotel management, conference and exhibition, and engineering consultant and construction technology services; and shipping services, as well as agricultural products and tea.
