Red Sea International Company manufactures and sells modular building solutions worldwide. The company develops, builds, sells, and leases residential and commercial buildings. Its Industrial Housing division offers various types of industrial modular buildings for temporary or semi-permanent structures, workforce accommodation units, offices, kitchen and dining units, recreation facilities, laundry areas, labor quarters, drilling and rig camps, dormitories, guardhouses, hospitals and clinics, hotels, relief housing facilities, schools, and religious facilities. The company's Affordable Housing division provides a range of housing solutions and services to the private and public sectors in the form of integrated communities or standalone housing neighborhoods. This division offers its housing units to communities of single homes, apartment buildings, or a combination of both. Its Building Materials division manufactures and supplies paints and coatings to industrial and residential sectors. The company is also involved in the general contracting, maintenance, and construction of utilities; civil works; provision of food services; trade and supply of food products; and investment and rental of properties. Red Sea International Company serves the oil and gas, infrastructure, government, building and construction, mining, defense, offshore, and manufacturing sectors.
