Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund is a closed ended Shariah compliant real estate investment traded fund. The REIT invests primarily in real estate assets that located within the Kingdom main cities; while ensuring a diversified assets class exposure. The REIT operates in accordance with Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations and REIT Funds Instructions issued by the CMA. The REIT is listed on Tadawul and its units trades in accordance with Tadawul rules and regulations. At inception, the REIT size is SAR 1,580,000,000 and has a term of 99 years extendable at the discretion of the Fund Manager after obtaining CMA approval. The primary objective of the REIT is to provide its investors with regular income by investing in income generating real estate assets. The fund expect to distribute -four times a year- an annual cash dividends of no less than 90% of the REIT net profit, not including capital gains from selling real estate assets and other investments which may be reinvested in additional assets or in the maintenance and renovation of the fund properties. The REIT is managed by Jadwa Investment Company, a closed joint stock company pursuant to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and licensed to operate as an (Authorized Person) under the Authorized Person Regulations issued by the Board of the CMA pursuant Resolution No. 1-83-2005 dated 21/05/1426H (corresponding to 28/06/2005G) under license number 06034-37 dated 13/02/1428H (corresponding to 03/03/2007G). Jadwa Investment is a full-fledged Shariah-compliant investment bank headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, that offers asset management, advisory, corporate finance, brokerage and custody services. The investment team at Jadwa Investment comprises experienced professionals from the asset management and investment banking industry. The REIT is in compliance with Shariah guidelines stipulated by the Shariah Board of Jadwa Investment Company. The Shariah Board is chaired by H.E.
