Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd, an investment holding company, provides offshore topside maintenance services, minor fabrication works, and offshore hook-up and commissioning services to the oil and gas companies in Malaysia. It operates in two segments, Topside Maintenance Services and Marine Offshore Support Services. The company is involved in the maintenance of topside structures, pipes, and valves; and onshore fabrication of products, such as pipe and valve systems, and skids, as well as other steel structures comprising handrails and helideck extensions. It also provides electrical and instrumentation hook-up and commissioning services, including electrical engineering, system design, equipment and system procurement, wiring, panel installation and wiring, and testing and commissioning services. In addition, the company engages in the chartering of marine vessels, including offshore accommodation; equipment rental; catering; management services; and provision of supporting products and services. The company was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Miri, Malaysia.
