It also offers equipment wires and cables comprising high-strength cables, thin high-strength cables, high-strength slip cables, and spatter-resistant high-strength cables; functional materials, such as multi-functional electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding films, EMI shielding film related materials, conductive pastes, and films for FFC applications; and bonding wires, including gold/gold bumping, silver, copper, and palladium wires. In addition, the company provides sensor products, such as water leakage detection sensors, water leakage detection systems, water (chemical) leakage detection systems, water leakage sheets, and intruder monitoring systems; and medical equipment products, which include liquid leakage sensors, IV counter, liquid control systems for artificial dialysis equipment, optical fiber interference tomography meter for OCT applications, and electric wires for medical applications.
