Its heat control products comprise heat exchangers for cryogenic applications, high-temperature heat exchangers, industrial heat exchangers, and liquefied natural gas vaporizers. The company's hydraulic control products that consist of coolant pumps, low-noise coolant units, hydraulic pumps and control valves, hydraulic units, and actuators for industrial presses, injection molding machines, machine tools, civil engineering and construction machinery, steel manufacturing equipment, and rolling mills. It also offers ozone generators for purification of drinking water and treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater; manufactures semiconductors and flat panel display products; and provides pulp and textile bleaching. In addition, the company offers silicon deep RIE systems, silicon oxide sacrificial layer etching systems, cluster-type transfer systems, and other systems, as well as MEMS gyros and systems; and inertial sensor application products.
