(NYSE: AHH) is a vertically-integrated, self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) with four decades of experience developing, building, acquiring, and managing high-quality, institutional-grade office, retail, and multifamily properties located primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.
