About BH Global Limited

BH Global Limited is a Guernsey-based closed-ended investment company. The Company's investment objective is to seek to generate consistent long-term capital appreciation through an investment policy of investing all of its assets (net of funds required for its short-term working capital requirements) in Brevan Howard Multi-Strategy Master Fund Limited (BHMS or the Master Fund), an open-ended investment company. BHMS invests in a range of instruments, including debt securities and obligations, bank loans, listed and unlisted equities, and other collective investment schemes or vehicles, among others. The Company is organized as a feeder fund and invests all of its investable assets in the ordinary United States Dollar and Sterling denominated Class G shares issued by BHMS.
