On June 4, 2013, an involuntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 was filed against Critical Solutions, Inc., in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. July 1, 2013, the involuntary petition was approved by the Court. Critical Solutions, Inc. is in liquidation.
