Within the direct investment, it invests in mezzanine, early venture, mid venture, late venture, middle market, later stage, mature and buyout. The fund seeks that at the time of investment, no more than 15 per cent of total assets may be invested in United Kingdom listed investment companies, no more than 15 per cent of total assets may be invested in non-UK listed investment companies, no more than 33 per cent of total assets may be invested in direct private equity co-investments, and no more than 10 per cent of total assets may be invested outside the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Continental Europe.
