Musk Metals Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada. It holds a 100% undivided interest in the Pluto Gold and Base Metals Property that comprises of 54 claims covering an area of approximately 3,000 hectares located in the Chapais Township, Quebec; and Elon Lithium Prospect covering an area of 245 hectares located in the La Corne and Fiedmont townships of Quebec. The company also holds a 100% interest in the Lawyers East and West Property covering approximately 6,260 acres located in the Golden Triangle Region of British Columbia; and Allison Lake East Property, which consists of four claims that covers an area of 1,500 hectares. It also holds an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Pakeagama Lithium claims that consists of four contiguous mining claims covering approximately 1,490 hectares located in the Electric Avenue pegmatite field of northwestern Ontario; and the McDonough Red Lake Prospect consists of three claims covering approximately 1,477 hectares located in the Red Lake Greenstone Belt of northwestern Ontario. The company was formerly known as Gold Plus Mining Inc. and changed its name to Musk Metals Corp. in March 2021.
