It also holds an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Jean Lake lithium-gold project that covers an area of 1002 hectares located to the north of Winnipeg, as well as 90% interests in the Hidden Lake project comprises five contiguous claims covering approximately 1,659.29 hectares located in the Northwest Territories. The company was formerly known as Far Resources Ltd. and changed its name to Foremost Lithium Resource & Technology Ltd. in January 4, 2022.
