The company typically invests between PLN 4 million ($0.4 million) and PLN 15 million ($5.04 million) in its portfolio companies and can invest larger in some cases. It usually takes a stake in excess of 35 percent. In early stages, the company typically takes a majority stake and in pre-IPO and restructuring projects, it takes a smaller stake like 10 percent to 15 percent. The company can also co-invest in its transactions alongside other financial institutions, particularly venture capital funds. It can also invest in the form of hybrid structures (convertible bonds) or loans. For early stage projects, the company invests for a period between four years to six years and in mature projects, it invests for three years to five years.
