It also holds a 24.5% interest in the Baird property that consists of 2 claims and 1 mining concession covering an area of 90 hectares located near the Red Lake mining camp in Ontario. The company was formerly known as Carbon2Green Corporation and changed its name to TomaGold Corporation in January 2012. TomaGold Corporation is based in Montreal, Canada.
