Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited, an investment holding company, operates as a shipping service company in Thailand and internationally. It operates through five segments: Shipping, Offshore Service, Agrochemical, Food and Beverage, and Investment. The company offers dry bulk shipping services that carries a range of major and minor bulk cargoes, including coal, iron ore, grains, cement, fertilizers, steel, and agricultural products; ship agency and brokerage services; and operates dry bulk vessels for tramp services. It also provides offshore services to the oil and gas industry; and produces and markets NPK compounds, bulk blending products, and fertilizers under the Stork brand for customers' needs for coffee, rice, rubber, vegetables, and various other crops. In addition, the company owns and operates Phu My port in South Vietnam; and provides ship management, international maritime transportation, managing waterways system, exploration drilling services and support to the petrochemical industry. Further, it offers subsea inspection services; diving; ROV services; subsea and hydrographic survey; robotics and AI development services; ship charter; ship rental; logistics management; waterways transportation services; land transportation services; port services; bonded warehouse and related services; tugboat; potable water and wastewater treatment services; water resource management; pipeline installation and maintenance services; and operates and franchises Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants.
