The company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Red Lake Gold Property that comprises 94 mining cell claims covering an area of approximately 1,880 hectares located in Ontario, Canada. It also has 100% owned Kaslo Property that covers an area of 4,000 hectares located in British Columbia, Canada. In addition, the company has 100% interest in the Abitibi Lithium property comprising 241 mineral claims covering approximately 12,779 hectares; the Titan Gold Property consisting of 80 mining claims covering an area of approximately 4,402 hectares; the Augustus Lithium property comprising 21 mineral claims covering approximately 937 hectares; and the Canadian Lithium property consisting of 12 mineral claims covering area of approximately 671 hectares located in Quebec, Canada.
